It has now been two years since the Arab Spring started and there are different opinions about its future. Has spring switched to winter or is there hope for the future? Perhaps we should look at it as the February revolution in France in 1848. Revolution appeared to be completely obsolete after only two years, but it led to the thoughts awakened and ideas were spread that was to affect the whole of Europe and other parts of the world for a long time to come, writes Professor Mohammad Fazlhashemi.
