Hi, I have a problem with my Iphone 5 for quite some time. The iPhone works perfectly, it is trying to connect to the computer when the problem arises. Without having any driver installed iTunes or Apple, the computer detects my iphone perfectly as (Apple iPhone), allows coup de main me to take pictures / videos, or import them. My problem comes when I install iTunes, then install all connect my iphone to PC, and often do not recognize me (even I get the Apple iPhone), and I get: Could not install controlodor device: MTP USB Device - Offline. It's very rare that I've been trying to solve for some time. I have even formatted Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows Proffesional to see if the problem was and was not. I tried it on 2 different laptops (Windows XP and Windows 7) and works perfectly coup de main the first time. I hope I can take a friends help, I am desperate, (
