Sigtuna Brygghus outside Stockholm is a microbrewery that invests heavily in its environmental efforts. This is done through everything from renewable energy and recycling of waste products that micro-brewery created a large number of organic beer. As part of the long-term environmental launches Sigtuna Brygghus March 1 its Organic Ale in cans.
Sigtuna Brygghus has in recent years made great efforts to brew beer in as environmentally friendly way as possible. Among other things, the brewery is run solely by renewable electricity from hydroelectric coit and wind power. All residues from the brewing process used to create district heating and to form biogas, such as giving the city buses fuel.
Sales of organic food have risen sharply in recent years and there is now strong demand for organic beer. On the 7th of February, we oysters bonanza and premiere tasting of Sigtuna Brygghus and Lagunitas sambrygd, "Galatea Fusion 25".
