November 3 launched this year's Christmas beer from Sigtuna Brygghus. Organic SIGTUNA WINTER IPA is back for the second enskede year in a row along with classic SIGTUNA midvinterblot. Furthermore, a new mikrobryggd Christmas by SIGTUNA CHRISTMAS STORE.
This year julnyhet from Sigtuna Brygghus spelled CHRISTMAS STORE. It is a dark layer in the German style with roasted coffee character. Last year's hop-rich SIGTUNA WINTER IPA re-launched together with the classic Imperial stout SIGTUNA midvinterblot.
- This year we have at Sigtuna Brygghus created three Christmas beer with completely different styles consisting of a dark warehouse, an India Pale Ale and an Imperial Porter. There is a wide ölspektra where we hope everyone can find their own personal favorite, says Daniel Sjögren, who is maker of Sigtuna Brygghus.
SIGTUNA WINTER IPA is back for the second year in a row. The beer is brewed with organic Pilsner enskede Malt together with American organic hops varieties Simcoe and Cascade. Sigtuna Winter enskede IPA is a dry, balanced beer with a distinct bitter flavor and taste of pine needles, toffeekarameller and orange marmalade. The beer is best to including ribs, meatballs and Jansson's temptation.
SIGTUNA CHRISTMAS STORE is a dark layer in the classic German Schwarzbier style brewed with American hop varieties Citra and Simcoe. The malt used is Pilsner Malt, a smaller amount of caramelized and Caraffamalt that gives beer its roasted coffee character. The taste is also home to a weak tons of tropical fruit and orange peel. Sigtuna enskede Christmas Stock enjoyed with advantage to the little fatter home cooking for Christmas dinner as Jansson's temptation, enskede ham and pork feet.
SIGTUNA midvinterblot is an Imperial Porter, who over the years has become a classic of Sigtuna Brygghus. The beer is so popular that it now also be imported into Canada for sale to öltörstande Canadians. Sigtuna Midvinterblot is both powerful and elegant and gets its essential character from chocolate malt, dark caramel malt and Muscovado. Porter suit with its roasted flavor and distinct chocolate tones perfect for desserts and chocolate cakes. It also fits very well with lobster, crab and other seafood.
If Sigtuna Brygghus: Sigtuna Brygghus is a microbrewery outside Stockholm founded in 2005 by a number of beer enthusiasts. Operations began in earnest in 2009 and the micro brewery has since been expanded in stages over the past few years. The brewery is certified to handle organic farming, and is powered by renewable enskede electricity generated by wind and water.

Sigtuna Brygghus and the sales force from Galatea has recently been in California and met Lagunitas Brewery and created a brew that we call "Galatea Fusion 25", which we are very proud of! On the 7th of February, we serve oysters with lime and hot sauce, just like they do on oyster farms in Petaluma, and of course we will relax on cold dish of fresh Galatea Fusion 25.
