One option could able to have bike sharing stations along the Green Line where you can pick up a bike with a valid bus pass (if you do not already know it?), campaigns in the subway before a vstängningen and in the continuation of the Green Line, and in particular to prioritize and bring forward a rehabilitation of bicycle infrastructure in the area. I know nothing about infrastructure in just this area, but I assume that it is more or less bad, as usual. So I have not much more than the obvious to provide in response to your question.
